Major gig announcement teased for Aviva Stadium – with emojis hinting at Noah Kahan
The American singer-songwriter could be preparing to bring The Great Divide tour to Ireland in 2027.
MCD Productions have hinted at a major gig in the Aviva Stadium.
A video posted on MCD's Instagram featured the stadium and a ladybug emoji in the caption, suggesting Noah Kahan will be announced for a show next summer.
The ladybug has become heavily associated with Noah Kahan's latest album, The Great Divide.
Kahan has previously said the bugs serve as personal metaphors for resilience, good luck, and seasonal renewal tied to his extended album The Great Divide: The Last Of The Bugs.

Kahan's breakthrough single, 'Hurt Somebody ', achieved gold status in the US and charted internationally. The single and EP of the same name preceded the release of his debut album in 2019, Busyhead.
Within five years, he released two more albums: I Was / I Am in 2021, and Stick Season in 2022, which became his mainstream breakthrough and led to his 2023 Grammy nomination for Best New Artist.
Several major acts have performed headline concerts at the Aviva Stadium this year, including Metallica, Take That, and Dermot Kennedy.
