Madonna hacker sentenced to 14 months in prison
Adi Lederman was convicted of stealing and selling unreleased material of the 56-year-old's
Having formerly auditioned for Israel's top singing competition, A Star Is Born Lederman was arrested earlier this year on charges of hacking into computers connected to Madonna and selling unreleased content of the singer's.
The investigation which was conducted by the FBI, has seen Lederman sentenced to 14 months in jail and suffer a fine of 15000 shekels ($3900 dollars) which the court deemed as an "appropriate" punishment to deter against such hacking activities again.
Always having had an attachment to Israel, Madonna began to her 2012 MDNA tour there, with one of her representatives raising suspicions about possible hacking of her songs in the country late last year.
