Luvcat announces Academy Dublin gig and release of debut album Vicious Delicious
The UK singer has released the title track of her debut record—'Vicious 'Delicious'—out today
Following her promising single 'Matador', grunge artist Luvcat has announced a headline show at The Dublin Academy as part of her Lipstick & Pearls tour on November 7.
The London-based singer also unveiled the release date of her upcoming debut record, Vicious Delicious, set to appear on Halloween.
Dealing in alternative rock with gothic noir and romantic drama influences, she draws inspiration from the likes of Leonard Cohen, Nick Cave, and The Cure.
Fresh from her show at Glastonbury, as well as a support slot at Sabrina Carpenter's Hyde Park show on July 5, Luvcat is set to appear at multiple festivals over the summer, including Reading & Leeds and the French Rock en Seine festival in August, among others.
Her forthcoming album mixes elements of punk romance, jazz, and gothic rock and is set to release on October 31 via AWAL. Vicious and Delicious is promised to be "a whirlwind ride through love, lust, and the lunacy in between".
Tickets for Luvcat's Dublin show in November go on sale Thursday, July 17, at 10 am via Ticketmaster.ie.
