London trio bar italia announce debut Irish shows
The tour, which includes shows at Cork's Seanie Buttons and Dublin's The Workman's Club, will follow the release of the trio's third album Tracey Denim
London trio bar italia, Nina Cristante, Jezmi Tarik Fehmi, and Sam Fenton, has exciting news: after their third album, Tracey Denim, drops, they're going on tour.
Embarking for the venture this fall, the trio will also be making their way to Ireland for the first time. Presented by Foggy Notions, the Irish stretch of their tour has two dates: bar italia is set to hit up Seanie Buttons in Cork on Saturday, September 23rd and Dublin's The Workman's Club on Sunday, September 24th.
Tickets are on sale now, starting from €21.
Already released from Tracey Denim is bar italia's newest single, 'punkt,' and the band's first single with Matador Records, the hypnotic punk track 'Nurse!'
The rest of the album will be released digitally and on CD on May 19th, with a vinyl release on September 8th.
Recorded and produced by the band, and mixed by Marta Salogni, their third album follows the 2021 collection bedhead, the EP Angelica Pilled, and bar italia's debut album Quarrel.
If you're too eager to wait to see bar italia live, then good news: bar italia is also making a few appearances at several festivals this summer. They're included in the line-ups for Primavera Sound Barcelona & Madrid, Latitude, Midi Festival and End Of The Road.
