Listen: Van Morrison performing Ray Charles song

A soundboard recording of Van Morrison and band performing the Ray Charles song 'Lonely Avenue' has just surfaced online.

The track was recorded live in front of 140 people at the AMPM Supper Club, Belfast during September 2012.

Now 67 years young and with his 34th studio album Born To Sing No Plan B under his belt the Northern Irish singer-songwriter still sounds as good as ever.
