After a series of delays, Lil Wayne has just unleashed his new Dedication 4 mixtape, which features Detail, Birdman, Boo, Lil’ Mouse, Young Jeezy and Nicki Minaj who rather blots her copybook on ‘Mercy’ by saying she’s going to vote for Mitt Romney.

In early August the tatted up, gravelly voiced New Orleans star was saying he was taking a break from the studio, so it's good to have him back post-haste.
