Lily Allen's Stalker Finally Sectioned After 8 Years of Harrassment

Allen has been pursued by the obsessed Gray and things took a turn for the worst last October.
In 2008, Allen started receiving abusive letters from the deranged Gray. His obsession with Allen continued as he would go to her home, bang on her front door and spend nights in her back garden. Despite the distress Allen reported to the authorities, Gray's behavior persisted and security intervention was not implemented.
In October 2015, Gray forced his way into Allen's home armed with a knife and wrenched open Allen's bedroom door which eventually forced Allen to leave her family home for good. The victim impact statement read in court stated Allen was "left terrified for my and my children's safety" as they were in the bedroom during the break-in. Gray was arrested charged for the offense. Today, the 31 year old from Scotland was handed down with an indeterminate hospital order and restraining order for burglary and stalking at London's Harrow Crown Court. Gray showed no emotion on receiving his conviction but Allen shared this neat Tweet to sum up her feelings.
