Liam Gallagher hopes Oasis will reunite

Could there be a reunion in the future?

The band broke up in 2009 due to a fall-out between long feuding brothers Liam and Noel Gallagher. Since the breakup, rumours of a possible reunion have been rife. These rumours escalated when Liam's band Beady Eye broke up in 2014.

Now Liam wants the band to reunite "for the fans" as he feels "Oasis will sail again." One problem still remains - will the brothers be able to put aside past grievances and perform together? Liam may want the band to reunite, but he doesn't seem overly enthused about working with Noel again saying he "has to change." Similarly, Noel has said in the past that it would take 20 million pounds for him to get on a stage with his brother.

It will be interesting to see what the future holds for the band and whether they will reunite to produce more musical gems for their loyal fans.
