Liam Gallagher adds a touch of class to his new album with orchestral parts
Three tracks have been given the orchestral treatment according to a tweet from Gallagher
Liam Gallagher's new album will feature orchestral arrangements for the songs "Greedy Soul", "For What It's Worth" and "Paper Crown".
He announced this in a tweet which continued the caustic tone of his recent Twitter activity with the words "the things I do for you", and capped the communique off with a reference to the upcoming album title As You Were.

In an answer to a reader's question on the Guardian, Gallagher said that the album would not be groundbreaking: "I'm not reinventing the wheel, I’m just giving it a new polish. Good songs, great vocals, good words… I hope people enjoy it, don’t scratch their heads too much."
The development comes after he described the album as "finished" in a tweet earlier in June:

He also posted a track list including the songs mentioned above as well as "Wall Of Glass", "Bold", "When I'm In Need", "You Better Run", "I Get By", "Chinatown", "Come Back To Me", "Universal Gleam" and "I've All I Need".
As You Were is due for release on October 6.
