Laura Whitmore to leave MTV News

After seven years of fronting MTV's news coverage, Laura Whitmore has announced that next week will be her last hurrah.
The Bray-born presenter - who has also done shifts on I'm A Celebrity and the BBC's Eurovision coverage - cites a packed schedule, with more commitment due to be unveiled in the coming months.
Fans of Whitmore's need not fret, however - she assures supporters that she'll still be on the music network for awards shows, festivals and other special occasions...
