Labrinth has released his new single 'IMPLOSION' ahead of his upcoming album Cosmic Opera: Act I, out January 30, 2026.
"This record is an attempt specifically from an artist perspective to explore mental illness while navigating a career in the entertainment industry," said the artist.
"The paranoia, the confirmation of threats, the desperate and unfulfilling pursuit of success.”
'IMPLOSION' is the third track taken from the record and builds on themes of internal chaos.
2026 will see Labrinth perform at Coachella and rejoin the team behind Euphoria season three, continuing to compose and perform the show's score, which he has done for the series' past two seasons.
The British singer got his start after signing to Simon Cowell's record label Syco Music in 2010. He initially collaborated with English rapper Tinie Tempah, featuring on 'Pass Out' and 'Frisky', before releasing his first solo track 'Let the Sun Shine'.
In September, the artist released his eight-track EP Prelude.
