Knocked Loose still set for Irish shows despite car accident and Bell's Palsy diagnosis
The band will continue to support Metallica across Europe and the UK.
American punk band Knocked Loose will continue to support Metallica despite guitarist Isaac Hale being hit by a car and frontman Bryan Garris' Bell's Palsy diagnosis.
Knocked Loose are currently serving as one of the support acts for the UK and European leg of Metallica's M72 tour, performing at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin on June 21. As well, the band have their own headline shows in Limelight, Belfast on June 22, and in the Academy, Dublin on June 23.
Garris documented his diagnosis with Bell's Palsy in a video diary. The singer noticed early in the tour that he was "losing control" over the left side of his face. Instead of taking time off from touring, he chose to take steroids and acupuncture treatment, allowing him to continue performing.
On May 29, Hale revealed online that he had been hit by a car.
"Tour update: got hit by a car yesterday, felt bad, but got this boba after and it was really good," he posted with a picture of his hand and wrist heavily bandaged.

Knocked Loose also have a North American tour coming later this year alongside co-headliner Denzel Curry. Together, they recently released a new single, 'Hive Mind'.
