Kila unveil film at Galway Film Fleadh

The Big Screen in Eyre Square will host the premiere on July 11 as part of a series of free showings of a selection of the best concert films ever made, to complement the Music On Film theme of this year’s Galway Film Fleadh.

Kila have evolved from an essentially traditional background to a sound that incorporates musical traditions and rhythms from around the world. The seven-piece band were chosen as winners of the Hot Press Readers Poll for Best Traditional Irish Group last year.
