Keywest sign US publishing deal
The Dublin band have teamed up with Peermusic and Mark Needham
2011 is proving to be a big year for Keywest. Fresh from a fantastic set at Oxegen, the Dublin-based five-piece have just put pen to paper on a massive deal with Peermusic, the world's largest independent music publishing company, and MAN Entertainment.
The band have recently returned from LA, where they were recording their debut album The Message with producer Mark Needham, the man behind MAN Entertainment.
The exclusive songwriting and co-publishing venture was announced by Peermusic's Vice President of A&R, Sam Kling.
“We are thrilled to be working with such an exciting and talented new band,” said Kling, “both Mark and myself look forward to playing a hands-on role in the development of their already booming career.”
The boys released the single 'Back Into Your Arms' in May with the album due to be released later this year.
