In a special video series, artists and bands have joined the 'Now We're Talking' campaign, recording songs related to the issue of mental health.

In our newest video, filmed at The Outhouse Dublin, Dublin band Keywest talk about their song 'True North' and how the idea of the song was formed by the band's understanding of themselves and how it became part of their accepting of their authentic path.

The video series was filmed as part of the 'Now We're Talking' mental health campaign, being run in partnership by Hot Press, Lyons Tea and Pieta House – the suicide and self-harm crisis charity – which aims to take the conversation around mental health in Ireland on to the next level. The video is directed by Hot Press' Rowan Stokes.
