Kerbdog announce Dublin gig
Tickets go on sale Friday and can be found at the link below.
Kerbdog have announced a show at Dublin's 3Olympia Theatre, set for Saturday, October 31, 2026.
The gig celebrates the grunge band's sophomore album On The Turn, as it nears its 30th anniversary. Fans can expect a live rendition of the record in its entirety, "but just a once only in Ireland," said lead singer Cormac Battle.
The news follows a run of live shows over the year, including a performance at Forest Fest and tour slots with Kaiser Chiefs and Reef.
The Kilkenny group rose to fame in the mid 90s after releasing their debut self titled album in 1993.
They spent the summer of 1995 recording their follow-up in Los Angeles, however, by its release in 1997, the former mainstream popularity of alternative rock has shifted to Britpop.
“To cut a very long story short, On The Turn was the right album at the wrong time,” said Battle.
The band disbanded in 1998 before reforming in 2005 for a number of live performance, building a cult-band status.
Tickets for Kerbdog's 3Olympia show go on sale Friday, November 21 and can be found here.
