Jools Holland announces 3Arena show with his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra
Yet another 3Arena gig for Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra.
Jools Holland returns to the 3Arena once again for a show with his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra as well as long-time collaborators Ruby Turner and Louise Marshall on vocals. They will be joined by Holland's former Squeeze colleague Gilson Lavis on drums.
The show will take place on October 23, 2020 and tickets (priced €60 including booking fee) go on sale this Friday, August 16 at 9am.
Jools Holland gained popularity as the keyboard player and founding member of the new wave band Squeeze. After leaving the group, he started a solo career accompanied by his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra in 1987.
The pianist also made his transition to TV, first as the co-host of the music show The Tube. In 1992, he got his own series: Later... with Jools Holland. The BBC show is still running strong today.
