Johnny Flynn & The Sussex Wit for Whelans
The British folk duo to play the Wexford Street venue on 19 October
Johnny Flynn is releasing his third record 'Country Mile' at the end of September and just over a fortnight later is set for Whelans.
Working with his long-time collaborator Adam Beach, aka The Sussex Wit, he produced an album which is preoccupied with the theme of "journeying."
And for all literary types, the opening track is entitled 'After Eliot' and is inspired by poet TS Eliot.
They play Whelans on 16 October and tickets go on sale on Friday 2 August.
