John Wayne's sons for Irish film symposium

The Wayne brothers will be interviewed by RTE's Miriam O'Callaghan as they reflect on the relationship between their father, The Duke, and the Irish American film director, John Ford.

The brothers will give us an insight into the life of John Wayne along with anecdotes from their life growing up and their many trips to Ireland.

The interview on Friday will be followed by a Gala screening of the classic American western The Searchers .

The interview on the opening night will start at 6.30 in The Savoy Cinema with tickets costing as little as €15.

All proceeds from ticket sales will go to the Irish Cancer Society.
