Coming to 3Arena on his The Bad Moon Rising Celebration Tour is American singer-songwriter John Fogerty, who will perform his iconic songs from the band Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR). The concert is set for May 23rd.

Tickets go on sale this Tuesday at 9 AM.

Fogerty headed CCR as the lead vocalist, lead guitarist, and songwriter when the band first formed. Now a Grammy winner, Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Songwriters Hall of Fame inductee, Fogerty marches onward

The rock legend celebrated 50 years of music back in 2019, touring the world with My 50 Year Trip tour. His live performance at the infamous 1969 Woodstock festival joined some CCR songs that were compiled into the 2019 album 50 Year Trip: Live at Red Rocks.

The following year, CCR's Chronicle Vol. 1 charted for more than 500 weeks on Billboard 200, making history as the eighth album to ever accomplish the feat.

Fogerty is an artist that transcends genre, dabbling blues, country pop, rock, r&B, swamp boogie, and southern rock. Some of the songs he's composed, including 'Proud Mary,' 'Down on the Corner,' 'Fortunate Son,' 'Bad Moon Rising,' and 'Have You Ever Seen the Rain' have inspired generations.

This year, he successfully acquired a majority interest of the worldwide publishing rights to his song catalogue, bringing to an end a decades long endeavour.

“As of this January, I own my own songs again. This is something I thought would never be a possibility. After 50 years, I am finally reunited with my songs. I also have a say in where and how my songs are used," Fogerty shared happily.

"Up until this year, that is something I have never been able to do. I am looking forward to touring and celebrating this year! I want to thank Concord for helping to make all of this happen. And, I am excited for new ideas and a renewed interest in my music … like a revival."
