Joe D'Urso leads Jersey Shore invasion of Dublin
Brace yourself for the Mother of all Rock 'n' Roll, Americana, Blues & Roots sessions on November 24...
The Jersey Shore comes to Dublin on November 24 when Joe D’Urso plays the Sound House with his Light Of Day rock ‘n’ roll accomplices who’ll be raising money and awareness for Parkinson’s Disease and ALS.
The leader of Stone Caravan, D'Urso has traded licks with some of the biggest names in rock 'n' roll, and is an electric presence on stage.
Joining him for the mother of all jams are Jeffrey Gaines who’s toured with such A-Listers as Paula Cole, Stevie Nicks, Tori Amos and Sting; Rob Dye, another Noo Joisey stalwart who logs over 150 gigs a year; former E Street Band man Vini ‘Mad Dog’ Lopez who played on Bruce’s first two albums, Greetings from Asbury Park, N.J. and The Wild, the Innocent and the E Street Shuffle: James Maddock who’s also got up close and personal with Mr. Springsteen on several occasions; Ben Arnold who, among many other notable achievements, spent a mysterious week in Holland with Townes Van Zandt and special Irish guests, The Ink-lings who are prepping their debut modern folk album for 2018.
Tickets priced €21.50 are available from www.brownpapertickets.com/event/3114922
