J Cole to make Irish debut this December
One of the biggest names in rap at the moment is heading for Vicar Street.
With the massive sales of his acclaimed Born Sinner record – which put the likes of Jay Z to shame this year – confirming him as one of the hottest hip hop artists in the US, J Cole now has his sights set on Europe.
His What Dreams May Come tour is crossing the Atlantic and luckily there's a Dublin stop-off included.
The Frankfurt-born, North Carolina-bred rapper will grace Vicar Street's stage on December 11.
As Kendrick Lamar proved with his stunning show at the same venue last year, Vicar Street can be the perfect setting for nascent rap talent to do their thing. Fingers crossed we get a similarly thrilling display.
Tickets priced at €35.50 go on sale this Friday from usual outlets.
