Ireland to play All Blacks in Chicago next year
Reports suggest Soldier Field will hold the groundbreaking Test match
The egg-chasing enthusiasts of the Trinity Street Massive are very excited this afternoon by reports that Ireland will face the All Blacks not once, but twice next year.
2016 was already building up to be a massive year, with a tour of South Africa pencilled in for June and Australia already committed to visiting Dublin in November, but word is that a pair of fixtures against the World Champions is also in the pipeline.
What's more, one of those will happen in Chicago, according to the Irish Times. Soldier Field hosted a game between the USA Eagles and the New Zealanders last year, but this would be a new - and tremendously exciting - departure from the usual practice.
If it does happen, then November 5 is the day for your diaries.
