Inhaler announce intimate show in Dublin
Pre-order our upcoming issue, which features the indie band as cover stars.
Inhaler, the four-piece rock band from Dublin, have announced an intimate show in Dublin as part of their 2021 tour. They will be performing at The Workman's Club on Saturday, December 11.
The band – comprised of lead singer and guitarist Eli Hewson, bassist Robert Keating, guitarist Josh Jenkinson, and drummer Ryan McMahon – will be featured on the cover of Hot Press' new issue, available in stores and online on Thursday, July 8. Their debut album It Won't Always Be Like This comes out Friday, July 9 and has been tipped as a beacon of hope and optimism in these hard times.
"There's a sense of optimism on this album and the song It Won't Always Be Like This is the main catalyst for that," says Hewson. "I wanted the songs to feel positive."
The album explores the coming-of-age experience and finding oneself. Though the titular song was originally written when they were teenagers, it has taken on a new meaning during the COVID-19 global pandemic. Featuring catchy choruses and dynamic instrumentation, it shows the band are destined for superstardom.
Tickets for their performance at The Workman's Club will be available on Thursday, July 8 at 10am on gigsandtours.co.uk.
