Indie charts topped by Damien Rice
My Favourite Faded Fantasy straight in at No. 1
Damien Rice has capped an enormous week by taking top spot on the Irish Indie Charts.
My Favourite Faded Fantasy has jumped straight in at the top, dislodging another Irish act, Tommy Fleming. His album, The West’s Awake, is now at No. 3, with London Grammar’s If You Wait sitting in second spot.
Old timers Simple Minds enter the chart at No. 4 with Big Music, while Sinead O’Connor, Arctic Monkeys and Future Islands all celebrate their continuing success in the top ten.
