The Irish band's new single 'Cry For Help' debuts on top
HomeTown's new single 'Cry For Help' debuted this week to a cool No. 1 position, dethroning James Bay's 'Hold Back the River,' now sitting comfortably at No. 2.
Last week's No. 2, Rihanna, Kanye West and Paul McCartney's mega-collaboration 'FourFiveSeconds,' took a bit of a spill to No. 5 with Omi's 'Cheerleader' maintaining at No. 3 and Years and Years' 'King' moving up one spot from 5 to 4.
Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars' 'Uptown Funk!' and Maroon 5's 'Sugar' are holding fast to places 6 and 7, respectively, while 'Love Me Like You Do' by Ellie Goulding performs in tandem with the movie it was written for, 50 Shades of Grey, and sinks a bit lower to the 8th position.
Jeff Glynne's 'Hold My Hand' broke into the top 10 at No. 9 from 11 last week, displacing Hozier's 'Take Me to Church' which jumped down to 15. Meanwhile, Ed Sheeran and Rudimental's new number, 'Bloodstream,' debuted at 13.
