Grand Drive to support The Frames in Belfast
Grand Drive have been invited to join The Frames for their Ulster Hall date next week
The Frames have just announced some very special guests for their upcoming Belfast date. Grand Drive will be joining the Dubliners for a once off support gig at Ulster Hall on September 28.
With a style most commonly described as Americana-alt. country, the Australian-born, London-based brothers, Danny and Julian Wilson, have recently released a new album, The Lights In This Town Are Too Many To Count.
While the album found disappointment in Hot Press' Paul Nolan (August 2004), this will be the first - and so far the only - chance to see them playing it live in Ireland.
Tickets for The Frames gig, priced from £16, are on sale now. hotpress.com is currently giving away double passes tickets for every date on their national tour. Entries for the Belfast leg close on September 24.
