Gracie Abrams announces new album Daughter From Hell
Her third studio album will be released July 17 with the single ‘Hit the Walls’ out this week
Gracie Abrams has announced her new album Daughter From Hell, set for release on July 17. The LA singer-songwriter shared the news via her social media.
“Freaking out, I am so ready for it to be yours,” she wrote.
Abrams also announced that the first single from the upcoming album, ‘Hit the Walls’, will be released on Thursday, May 14. She wrote and produced the album with longtime collaborator Aaron Dessner from The National.
“I’m deeply grateful for every song we have made and the way we have kept challenging ourselves and growing together as collaborators and friends, sometimes hitting the wall, and then pushing and breaking through.”, he wrote in a social media post

With a total of 16 tracks, the album will be longer than its 2024 predecessor, The Secret of Us. The album debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 and was accompanied by a deluxe version featuring ‘That’s So True’, which has become Abrams’ most successful song yet, with more than 1.5 billion streams on Spotify.
Her debut album, Good Riddance, came out in 2023 and earned her a nomination for Best New Artist at the Grammy Awards. She has also been a support act for Olivia Rodrigo, and Taylor Swift on the The Eras Tour.
Abrams is also set to make her acting debut in the upcoming A24 film Please, written and directed by Halina Reijn, who previously directed Babygirl and Bodies Bodies Bodies.
