Grace has been singing since before she can remember and now, after a number of years in the classical Music world, she has fully embraced her love of contemporary music in her new record 'Unleashed'.
You can get to know Grace Foley her better in her promo video which will give you an insight into what she does and who she is. Check out the video here in which she explains why she decided to cover the tracks by Lana Del Rey, Glen Hansard, Damien Rice and Simon and Garfunkel.
The singer's voice has been described as 'liquid gold'. Grace herself says, 'My voice type is quite rare.
"It is the lowest female voice so the combination of this and, the fact that I am using my training to sing songs that people may not expect, has allowed me to bring a whole new flavour to the crossover genre."
The record was produced at Ventry Recording Studio, Balbriggan with Dave McCune and was co-produced by Brian Connor and Niall O Sullivan. The music itself is top notch and features musicians James Nash, Rod Patterson, Guy Rickarby, Brian Connor and Dave McCune.
The record will be launched on Sunday, 9 December at the INEC Acoustic Club Killarney where Grace will be joined by MC Maria Walsh, Support Act Tom Lucey and Guest Artist Liam O Connor. Tickets are available to buy at www.inec.ie .
