God Is An Astronaut announce show at The Academy in Dublin

God Is An Astronaut have announced they will perform at the Academy on February 20, 2026 as part of their Embers Tour.

The band is comprised of twin brothers Niels and Torsten Kinsella, who founded the band in 2002. Their music draws from electronic and space-rock influences, with their discography including 11 studio albums over the last 20 years.

The Wicklow-based duo announced the tour yesterday in a post to social media, including a full set of European dates set to begin in February 2026. The band is currently gearing up to take on R-Day Music Festival in Hainan, China next week.

The tour announcement follows their latest album Embers, released in 2024. They released their most recent single earlier this year with 'All Is Violent, All Is Bright'.
