George R.R. Martin's In the Lost Lands gets female lead

Milla Jovovich, best known for her work in the Resident Evil franchise, has secured a leading role in the upcoming George R.R. Martin adaptation In the Lost Lands.

The feature film will reportedly merge three short stories by Martin, who has had tremendous success on the small screen and the page in recent years with his Game of Thrones series.

It is unknown how the three separate stories will be merged in a single film, but filming is expected to commence at the end of this year. Keep an eye out for updates going forward!
