Frank Ocean Refunds Vinyl Orders, Cancels Release
The 7" vinyl originally housed the unreleased 'Little Demon'.
Frank Ocean has cancelled the release of his 7" vinyl, which was set to feature a new, unnamed song. The vinyl went on sale in February, but months earlier Ocean made plans to sell the 7" vinyl with another unreleased song called 'Little Demon'.
When the February announcement came, it was assumed that the vinyl would feature the unnamed song instead of 'Little Demon'.
An email sent to those who purchased the vinyl says: “Due to the events of this year, Frank will no longer be releasing the song that you purchased on vinyl. We will be refunding your purchase of this item and any additional items in your order will begin shipping next week.”
In late March, Ocean released another vinyl with the singles 'Dear April' and 'Cayendo'. The singles were later released, via the Blonded label, to streaming services and digital platforms.
