The festival will continue on after the Sunday performances with a special Forbidden Fruit night to be held in Temple Bar after the festival FOR FREE!….
The night will pick up where the festival leaves off with open air live performances from Austra, Mykki Blanco and Trust in Meeting House Square.
The Button Factory will also be taken over for Fruit goers with Four Tet, Caribou and Toro Y Moi all playing DJ sets on the night.
The IFI makes up the last point of the late night triangle with DJ sets from BBC Radio's Star Slinger and Canadian newcomer Kaytranda, both of whom do not feature anywhere else at the festival.
In the IFI's screen one, the organizer's will also be playing the Talking Heads classic film 'Stop Making Sense' along with a questions and answers session featuring a special guest yet to be announced.
The best thing about the new Forbidden Fruit night is that it is all completely free for weekend and Sunday ticket holders.
A free Bulmer's bus will take you from Kilmainham to the entry point at East Essex Street. There is a limited capacity so entrance to the special after party will be on a first come first serve basis.
The Forbidden Fruit site was officially unveiled today by comedian Andrew Stanley with one of Saturday's main stage acts, Fight Like Apes, giving a special taste of what's to come this bank holiday weekend.
