EXCLUSIVE: New Damien Rice artwork revealed!
Chasing a pink elephant? Damien Rice's B-Sides album is coming soon to a store near you and here's what to look for...
Here it is, your first peak at the artwork for Damien Rice B-Sides, a shockingly collectible eight-track affair which emerges through his own DRM label on August 13.
As revealed a couple of months ago on hotpress.com, the rarities in question are 'The Professor (Live At Cornucopia)' from 'Blower's Daughter'; 'Lonelily (Original Demo)' from 'Woman Like A Man'; 'Moody Moody' from 'Cannonball'; 'Delicate (Live In Dublin)' from 'Volcano'; 'Volcano ('97 rough walkman recording)' from 'Volcano'; and 'Cannonball (Radio Remix)" which propelled the song in question into the UK and Irish top 10.
Having spent the summer gigging and working on music for the new Mike Nicholls film Closer, which is due in December, Rice is currently assembling the follow-up to O for February 2005 release.
As well as putting it under the critical microscope, we have 15 signed copies of Damien Rice B-Sides to give away in the next issue of Hot Press which is out on Thursday August 12.
