Eminem and Rihanna continue their reign at No. 1

It’s been a good week for Eminem with his eighth album The Marshall Mathers LP 2 going to number one on both sides of the pond and he has also managed to hold on to the top spot in the Irish singles chart with his Rihanna collaboration ‘The Monster’.

Home grown talent Hozier has another impressive week with his ‘Take Me To Church’ holding steady at No. 2. The video for the song has been one of the viral success stories of the year and I currently at 730,000 views.

Dutch producer Martin Garrix is new at No. 3 with his club hit ‘Animals’. There’s no change at No. 4 with One Direction’s ‘Story of My Life’ while Lily Allen is new at No.5 with her cover of Keane’s ‘Somewhere Only We Know’ that is currently appearing in the John Lewis Christmas advertisement.
