Eli Roth to direct South of Hell pilot
Eli Roth to make another appearance in TV
The twisted and dark mind of Eli Roth will be making a directorial appearance in the new television series South of Hell alongside Jason Blum and James Manos Jr.
The last TV show that Roth worked on was Hemlock Grove, which reached three seasons.
The program is about a demon hunter named Maria, who tries to eradicate the evil from inside of people. Maria, however, also has a demon inside of her named Abigail, and the two personas come together and overlap with one another frequently.
The protagonist will be played by Mena Suvari, and the program will also star Zachary Booth, Dana Foxworth, Bill Irwin, Drew Moerlein and Lamman Rucker.
Famous horror directors will be featured in additional episodes, including the likes of Ti West, Rachel Talalay, Jennifer Lynch and Jeremiah Checkik.
South of Hell premiers on November 27.
