Edge: More tickets may become available for U2's Irish shows
Fans should be on the alert for last minute Belfast & Dublin releases
Edge has told fans to watch out for last minute extra tickets for U2’s sellout Irish shows.
“We always hold back a few tickets as we’re not sure exactly where our seat-kills are going to be, because the production is such a novel approach that no-one actually knows ahead of time, until the production goes up, where are the seats that have to be killed because of sightline problems,” he tells Hot Press in an exclusive interview. “We are always conservative on that. Once the production is locked in, in a venue, then we can release the tickets. So there has been, from time to time, a few last minute releases.”
With a small batch of extra Belfast tickets being made available last week, fans should definitely keep checking Ticketmaster… just in case!
