Dublin date for Walking Papers
Duff McKagan and Co. kick off their European tour next Tuesday
Blues-rock outfit Walking Papers will kick off the European leg of their World tour on June 11, with an appearance at Dublin's The Pint.
The Eden Quay venue will welcome the Seattle shredders before they jet off to play a number of shows across the Continent, including pitstops at Download (England), Rock the Beach (Helsinki) and a whole host of Europe's other major rock 'n' roll events.
The quartet's self-titled debut album was released in October last year to rave reviews, after the two-piece evolved into a three-piece when frontman Jeff Angell and drummer Barrett Martin joined forces with former Guns n' Roses bassist Duff McKagan.
Keyboardist Benjamin Anderson also joins the band for their upcoming tour which will be followed by a tour of North America along with esteemed rock artists Jane's Addiction and Alice in Chains.
Joining the US rockers down at The Pint next Tuesday will be Welsh quartet Buffalo Summer and tickets for the gig are available from Ticketmaster from €16.50.
