Dua Lipa to release new song 'Don't Start Now' next week
Welcome to the next era!
Dua Lipa starts over with new single 'Don't Start Now', set to be released next Friday, November 1. The song is promised to take the singer into a new direction.
"Serving up a divine slice of pumping Nu Disco, 'Don't Start Now' is a pure adrenalin fuelled, feel good dance floor anthem of positivity and self-empowerment", the press release reads.
According to Dua Lipa, 'Don't Start Now' marks the beginning of a new era. "I chose to put this song out first so I could close one chapter of my life and start another", she explains. "Into a new era with a new sound! It's about moving on and not allowing anyone to get in the way of that. It also felt like a natural first song choice as I made it with the brilliant same crew I made 'New Rules' with".
'Don't Start Now' will be Dua Lipa's first release since 'Swan Song' which came out in January of this year as part of the soundtrack for Alita: Battle Angel.
