Dream Frequency and 4 Rhythm head up celebration of Red Records tomorrow night
Tivoli party will see some serious Maniac behaviour
Irish electro-pop pioneers 4 Rhythm and fellow 90s dance behemoths Dream Frequency will headline a massive night in celebration of Red Records tomorrow night.
The Irish label hosted a sold-out night at the Point Depot all of 20 years ago, and 4 Rhythm were among the acts at the top of the bill that night too. In fact, the group are celebrating the two-decade mark for their seminal 'Maniac' remix - which, of course, was the precursor to Mark McCabe's monster smash five years later, using the Sound Crowd remix of the track.
Indeed, Mark Kavanagh - half of Sound Crowd - will also be spinning some tunes on the night, along with X-Ray and Colm Doogan.
It promises to be an old-school dance-fest at the Tivoli, kicking off at at 11pm; tickets, priced at €15, are still available.
