Day Fever: Over-30s daytime club event announced for The Academy
Tickets are on sale now.
The UK’s over-30s daytime club event Day Fever is set to take place in Dublin on Saturday, May 17, 2025, at The Academy.
Launched last year by Vicky McClure and Jonny Owen, as well as Reverend & The Makers‘ Jon McClure, the event has quickly gained popularity, selling out venues across the UK. Following a nearly sold-out Dublin date on April 5, the team is bringing the event back for a second round.
Running from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Day Fever will feature a soundtrack of pre-2000s classics, with hits from the 70s, 80s, and 90s.
“We knew that there were people out there, like us, who would want to spend a Saturday afternoon partying the day away,” said Vicky McClure.
“But nothing prepared us for the avalanche of tickets that flew out the door! We quickly realised that people wanted more and more, so here we are! Get your dancing shoes on again, boys and girls, because Day Fever has arrived in Ireland, in Dublin. It's one of the world's great party cities!”
Jon McClure also said: "It's marvellous for us to bring this to Dublin. A city we've all visited and loved over the years. I'm lucky enough to have played here with my band, and the people make it so special. We know it will be the same for Day Fever in Dublin."
Tickets are on sale now via Ticketmaster.ie, priced from €15 (including booking fee).
