Damien Jurado to play Whelan's
Supported by Richard Swift, Damien Jurado comes to Whelan’s on September 24 to promote his ninth album Saint Bartlett.
The American indie-rocker gained notoriety in the 90s by experimenting with his sound, using field recording techniques, found sound and different forms of tape recordings. Promoting his new album, he’ll be supported by singer and multi-instrumentalist Richard Swift.
Jurado’s appearance in Whelan’s is part of his six week European tour, performing songs from his ninth album Saint Barlett. Songs like ‘Cloudy Skies’ have already received great reviews, so snap up your chance to see Jurado at this one-night only Dublin gig.
Tickets are €19.75 and are available from the usual outlets.
