Daft Punk share new video for ‘Human After All’
The new release marks five years since their split.
Daft Punk have marked the fifth anniversary since their split with a brand new video for their 2005 single ‘Human After All’.
It features footage from their 2006 sci-fi film Electroma that was edited by Cédric Hervet.
It shows the duo driving a car through the desert and eventually pass through a residential town. Observing people socialising on a sunny day, they eventually spot that each one of them is wearing a helmet.
Check out the new music video below:
Five years ago, the French house duo shared a video announcing that they were disbanding. Although still defunct, Thomas Bangalter and Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo are revisiting one of their classics in these new visuals.
Daft Punk released their final album Random Access Memories in 2013, including the major hit ‘Get Lucky’, which won two Grammys and guests Nile Rodgers and Pharrell Williams.
Last year, a tribute event in Fortnite was launched and featured a recreation of the electronic duo's 2007 Alive tour. It was accompanied by a new video for their track ‘Contact’.
