Cyndi Lauper for Tripod

Cyndi Lauper has confirmed an ultra-rare Dublin show in the Tripod on October 18, tickets for which are available next Wednesday priced €34 and €38.
Exploding onto the scene at the same time as Madonna, the New Yorker gave the Material Girl a serious run for her money in the sales stakes with the likes of ‘Girls Just Wanna Have Fun’, ‘She Bop’, ‘Time After Time’ and ‘True Colors’.
Lauper will be armed with a new album, Bring Ya To The Brink, which finds her working with a veritable Who’s Who of A-List dance producers including Basement Jaxx.
Also en route to Tripod on September 11 are Boyz II Men, the R’n’B superstars who’ll be performing all their monster hits including ‘End Of The Day’ and ‘I’ll Make Love To You’ (saucy!)
Tickets are €37.50 and €42.50.
