Glasgow punk duo Cowboy Hunters have released their new single ‘Shag Slags Not Flags’
‘Shag Slags Not Flags’ is a political single that takes aim at the "sea of Facebook keyboard-warrior racists who flood the internet."
The track associates hate-filled comments with sexual frustration.
"Forty-three with a flag in her bio/ said she hates blanks, but that is a typo/ The sexual frustration you could catch with your eyes closed/ Lonely at night, so turn to a wino."
Following the release of ‘Money For Drugs’ and ‘Have A Pint’, the track arrives ahead of the duo's upcoming EP, EPeepee, which is set to be released on March 20.
Alongside the release, Cowboy Hunters have launched a fan club on OnlyFans. It is said that "subscribers can now apply to see exactly what the band have to offer."
Cowboy Hunters comprises Megan Pollock and Desmond Johnston.
Last month, the Scottish group supported English post-punk duo Sleaford Mods on their Irish shows. They performed at Dublin's 3Olympia, Belfast's Limelight and Cork's Cyprus Avenue.
You can pre-order or pre-save EPeepee here, and subscribe to the Cowboy Hunters fan club on OnlyFans here.
