Clap Your Hands Say Over?
Alec Ounsworth from the band Clap Your Hands Say Yeah has released a solo album under his own name and has hinted that the band may be calling it a day.
Ounsworth, whose debut album Mo Beauty was released this week, has been coy about what his solo activity means for the future of the Brooklyn/Philadelphia outfit, only admitting they were “never meant to be a band” and that CYHSY are on “an indefinite hiatus right now”. Robbie Guertin and Tyler Sargent from CYHSY are also part of the band Uninhabitable Mansions.
