CC Brez plans Whelan's album launch
Former Republic Of Loose man unveils The Nightfall next month
Former Republic of Loose man CC Brez is releasing his first solo album, The Nightfall, next month - and is plotting a right knees-up to send it on its way.
The man known to his nearest and dearest as Cormac Breslin has already given us tasters of the record through an EP last year - with title track 'Her Alibi' proving quite the earwig - but the full collection arrives at the end of next month. With the sort of funky sound so famously peddled while part of the Loose, it's one of those dance-or-die affairs, so if you fancy heading along to the launch, choose your shoes accordingly!
The show takes place upstairs at Whelan's on February 27; tickets, priced at €12.50, are on sale now.
