The show, recorded on December 1st, promises to be a brilliant night of music across different genres, with singer songwriters, traditional musicians and indie bands taking to stages in different parts of the venue. Among those who will feature in the show are Gavin James, SOAK, The 4 of Us, Trí-Tones, Cathy Davey, HamsandwicH and The Riptide Movement.
The TG4 special is presented by Fiachna Ó Braonáin and Una Mullally, who has featured regularly on TG4, presenting Ceol Ar An Imeall. It begins at 11.25. Meanwhile, The Riptide Movement will be live in Whelan’s on the night to usher in the new year, in a gig that is already old out.
