Captain Americas celebrate anniversary
There was plenty of music at Stephen's Green last week.
Captain Americas celebrated its 40th anniversary in style last week when it brought its school bus to Stephen’s Green for some live riffery courtesy of Elevator, Mistaken Dreams, Leaving Las Vegas, Consumer Love and the winners of the Captain’s Live Battle Of The Bands 2010, Factory.
The Captain America’s legend started in 1971 when Horslips played the opening gig in its Grafton Street HQ.
Captain A has since opened equally rocking and rolling branches in Tallaght, Blanchardstown and Cork where the music is as tasty as the food.
