Buena Vista Orchestra announce Dublin show
Tickets for next year's show go on sale Friday.
The Buena Vista Orchestra, the world’s premier Cuban music repertory ensemble, have announced a headline show at Dublin's 3Olympia Theatre on Thursday, January 29, 2026.
The group aims to carry the legacy of the legendary Buena Vista Social Club and features a lineup of musicians who played in the Buena Vista Social Club in Havana.
The Grammy-winning Buena Vista Social Club was formed in 1996 and consisted of primarily Cuban musicians. They worked with a number of veteran artists to revitalise traditional Cuban music.
Formed by former Buena Vista Social Club trombonist Jesús Ramos, the Buena Vista Orchestra is made up of Grammy-winning vocalists, horn players and percussionists, showcasing their predecessors' hits while also performing their own material. Today, the group brings the tradition Cuban music of son, bolero, and danzón to global audiences.
Tickets for their 3Olympia show go on sale Friday, September 26 and can be found here.
